Mississippi River Health Alliance Strategic Plan

Almonte General Hospital and Carleton Place & District Memorial Hospital developed a joint strategic plan to set the direction for health care in our region.  This joint plan ensures alignment between the two organizations as partners in the Mississippi River Health Alliance.

The strategic plan sets out our strategic directions to help shape a healthy community through caring, quality and innovation. It describes a future that is sustainable, patient-centred, innovative and seamlessly connected to a regional system of care.

The plan was developed with the help of staff, physicians, volunteers, patients, partners and the local community. Thank you for your input.
