Dr. Bill Potvin and Anna Potvin Travel to Nassau

These photos are of husband and wife team Bill and Anna Potvin, their family, and new-found friends.

Many of you will know Dr. Bill Potvin through his private practice and work at CPDMH and Anna through her work on the Hospital Foundation board of directors. Bill and Anna had a family celebration planned in the Bahamas this month. Then Hurricane Dorian hit the region.

Instead of cancelling their travel plans, the Potvin's worked with registered nurse Karine Lauzon of CPDMH to organize the donation of much-needed supplies for Bahamian residents and brought the supplies with them to deliver in person and provide assistance where they were needed.

We talk a lot about community at the Hospital Foundation. Karine, Anna, and Bill extended that sense of community to people outside of our region who are in desperate need of help. We thank them for being incredible human beings and are full of gratitude for their kindness and generosity.
