Yin Yoga & Massage Event - Heritage Community Fitness & Rehabilitation Centre

Heritage Community Fitness & Rehabilitation Centre is hosting an upcoming event! Join them on Thursday, May 23rd, from 7:15pm to 8:30pm, for a unique fundraiser supporting the Carleton Place & District Memorial Hospital Foundation. Experience the serene practice of yin yoga while receiving gentle massage and adjustments to deepen your poses. Robyn Kinnaird and Anne-Marie Audet will lead the class, accompanied by registered massage therapist Stephanie Healey for a tactile experience like no other. Register in advance online, at Heritage Fitness's front desk, or by calling 613-253-2112. Donations of $20, $50, or $100 are appreciated, and you don't need to be a member to participate. Space is limited to ensure individual attention.
