Volunteer Opportunities at CPDMH

At CPDMH, volunteers are an integral part of our care team.  Volunteers provide a wide variety of services, adjusting our activities to best fit the needs of the patients and staff at CDPMH.  Volunteers respond to the needs of patients, families, visitors, and staff. 

Current Opportunities: 

Currently, we are recruiting volunteers to staff our  Information Desk. Volunteers greet patients and visitors and provide information and directions.

Future opportunities may include:  

Physiotherapy Department

Volunteers help make patients comfortable, change beds, keep the area tidy and help out with other related duties. 

Emergency Department

Volunteers may act as a liaison between the Emergency Department and patients, keeping them informed of wait times. Volunteers in this area provide an extra set of hands to staff and patients alike in stressful situations.
